Dear value residents,
Aim to protect the right of HARV residents and also to follow the swimming pool regulations. Management Office (MO) would like to inform that begin from 1stJuly, 2016; HARV Condo will strictly follow The HARV Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations under the Article 11: “Every apartment is allowed to bring a maximum of 5 guests to the pool at any time” as the same time, residents should understand that they cannot bring their guests to the pool “too often” with following rules:
- Cancel register at swimming pool, instead of that, the home owner/tenant will register for guests at MO.
- Guests have to change swimwear at resident home; do not use public area as a changing room.
- Residents should be present at the pool area, lest their guests be decline entry and Residents are to understand that they can be held responsible and legally liable for any damages they-or-their invited guests may cause to HARV property when using the swimming pool facilities.
- The “too often” phase mean 1 single guest be invited to swimming pool more than 3 times/month or repeat on a periodic. If it’s a long-term guest (stay in more than 3 day) please remember to provide temporary resident certificate according to Vietnam Law.
Begin from 1stJuly, 2016, swimming and security guards will not allow guests, who not follow HARV Swimming Pool Regulation, using the pool service. Hygiene staffs will not allow guests exchange swimsuit or take shower in public toilet.
