Dear Valued Residents,

In the urgent situation, it is necessary to promptly notify the information related to the Prevention of Covid-19 to residents, the Management Office (M.O) would like to inform residents to enable Savills Property Management Solution “Property Cube” (also known as SPMS for registered residents) at Hoang Anh River View Apartments. This is a management system designed exclusively for apartment projects managed by Savills in Vietnam.

After updating information to be activated, residents will:

1. Receive email and text messages related to the Apartment updates such as: proforma invoice, emergency notices…
2. Send requests through the use of SPMS software (installed on the phone) to M.O in the fastest and most convenient way through basic features:

• Book utility schedule (Register for community room, Tennis, etc).
• Following the apartment fees (proforma invoice , payment history).
• Pay the fee via PROPERTY CUBE management application.
• Contact the Management Office.
• Notify once in need of support.

To activate your SPMS account, please contact The Management Office to update the correct phone number and email of your apartment.
