Dear valued Resident

Management Office (MO) would like to inform valued residents that cases had been to Budha bar at 07 Thao Dien Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. HCM, according to the information of the Ministry of Health at 08:00 on 20/03/2020. (Belong to the case number 91 of the Covid-19 disease are British national who had been to the bar).

 

Following the guideline of local authorities &  and the Steering Committee for Disease Prevention in Thao Dien ward, District 02. There was a tenant at apartment on floor 20 block C1 from 00:30 25th March 2020 isolated in centralized region, 03 tenants at apartment on floor 16 block A2 isolated in centralized region from  22: 00 25th March 2020, and a tenant at apartment on floor 20 block C1 isolated in centralized region from from  22: 00 25th March 2020.

MO had plan as following:

  • Temporarily locked the lift cards to limit moving with the cases before to centralized region
  • Disinfected Block A2: The 1st , 15th, 16th ,17th & The lifts L5,L6 (02 times)
  • Disinfected  Block C1: The 1st , 19th, 20th,21st, & The lifts L9, L1(02 times)

Alongside the daily epidemic prevention activities, MO strongly urges the community to take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and other Residents by:

  • Considering staying away from large groups of people or crowded places, to wear masks in common areas and to and from the swimming pool.
  • If you display symptoms such as coughing, fever, sneezing (like the common cold), please contact the nearest Medical Centre by phone on: 1900 3228 or 1900 9095) to be tested, and inform MO immediately in order for MO to take precautionary steps.
  • Residents arriving in Vietnam before 7  March 2020, must complete the mandatory medical declaration under the link http://suckhoetoandan.vn/khaiyte or via the NCOVI application of the Ministry of Health (attached poster)
  • Due to the complicated nature of the situation, Management Office encourages all residents to remain calm, refrain from distributing unofficial or misleading information to the community.
