Dear value residents,
There is two (02) part of this smart parking card:
The first part: Bicycle smart parking card
This is the access control card section in basement, use this same like motorbike card. 
The second part: Bicycle stamp code
Please stick this stamp on your bike’s handlebars, where it is easy to see to help the basement security control easily (This stamp can considered as your license plates).
Please refer like this sample! 
Notice:
1) Only Kid’s bicycle under 50 cm (7.75 in) can access thought elevator without any registration. 
2) With those over 50 cm (7.75 in), unregistered bikes, please fill in the registration form and hand in them to Management Office to receive parking cards and stamps.
3) Parking process by paper will COMPLETELY CANCELLED from 22/03/2016.
