REGUALATIONS ON USING COMMUNITY AREA
- USING PURPOSES:
- Family parties (birthday, full –moon, family/friends gathering …). One apartment owner is entitled to book this areas max. 5 tables/time; however, should there be some apartment owners booking at the same time, a max 10 tables are allowed altogether;
- Inhabitants’ activities through some club (such as: yoga, dancing class…).
* The Community Area consists of indoor and outdoor Community Hall, BBQ section.
- USING TIME:
- Outdoor Community Hall and BBQ section: 8:30 to 9:30hr daily;
- Indoor Community Hall: 6:00 to 21:30hr daily.
- PROHIBITIONS:
- Using these areas for companies’ events, or commercial, religious, political activities;
- Using sound system or creating noise exceeding the allowed level (maximum 70 dbl between 6:00 - 21:00 or 55 dbl between 21:00 - 6:00 am);
- Playing sports which cause unsafely or damages in the community areas (football, volley ball…);
- Hang banners, panels, advertising boards… without Management Office’ approval;
- Cooking, and washing utensils or chinaware… (except available facilities in the area).
- USERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- At least 01 day before conducting the event: Resident(s) (i) should book with Management office’s acceptance (based on the principle “First come, first served”) and (ii) pay service fees according to the services and respective fees;
- Diffuse and monitor his/her guests following the stipulated Regulations;
- Clean all after the event finished (garbage, left-over food, decoration,…) to ensure keeping the community areas in order;
- Hand over the booked areas and other equipment (if any) to the Management Office; be responsible to compensate for any expenses pertaining to: (i) Vandalizing behavior causing damages for equipment’s and infrastructure; (ii) risks, injury, lost (if any) for inhabitants and guests.
- OTHER REGULATIONS:
- The Management Board reserves rights to adjust the Regulations and service fees based on actual demands and inhabitants’ consent;
- The Management, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any application and revoke any approval granted. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred arising from the rejection of the application or revocation of the approval.
- Management office have right to refuse event service at Community Area within 12 months to the resident and apartment violate Community Area Rules & Regulations at 3th times;
- Security staff should monitor and remind all inhabitants to implementing this Regulation; and are allowed to cut off electricity and dismiss the events if the host still violates the regulations.
