PET RULES AND REGULATIONS OF HOANG ANH RIVER VIEW APARTMENT

1. Purpose

Control pet adoption within HARV apartment to avoid affecting other residents.

2. Definition

Pet is normal animal, is tames to be petted in a family context (such as cat, dog or bird). Monkey, snake, rat or spider is not considered a normal pet.

3. Pet Registration

Adopted pet at HARV is needed to be registered at The Management Office; and a photo attached if pet is a dog or cat.

4. Rules & Regulations

1. No pets business or trading at HARV apartment.
2. Normal pet (dog, cat, bird, fish…) is allowed inside the apartment and must not affect the order, beauty and the environment of other household and public areas.
3. No feeding, walking, paroling pet in public areas (lobbies, community hall area, swimming pools, park, inner road…)
4. Pet must be vaccinated according to government regulations, especially dog and cat. The Management Office reserves the right to ask for a pet vaccination certificate at each different time.
5. No wild animal or abnormal animal adoption (snake, alligator, bear, weasel, fox, monkey…)
6. Pets must be kept in cage/ bag/ muzzle or a suitable mean of transport while move out or into the apartment; particularly large dog that from 5kg must wear muzzles for not causing harm to other residents and must be leashed to gain control. Small dog less than 5kg must to be in cage/ pocket and hold on hands when moving in public areas (section 3)
7. Residents with pet is responsible for: (i) removal of pet’s waste discharged while the pet moved out/ into HARV apartment and (ii) pay all costs overcome the damage caused by pet to other residents and other assets in HARV.
8. Pet owner is responsible for ensuring that pet is not troubling, or is the reason causing inconvenience to other residents. For example of the troubles, such as:

1. Pet causing constantly distracted noise or causing endless noise exceeding 70dlb from 6:00 to 21:00 and 55dlb from 21:00 to 6:00 to affect other residents, the noise volume is calculated/ measured from the main door of the apartment;
2. Pet is not clean/hygiene , odor or have parasites;

9. Residents must deposit a minimum amount to 20,000,000 VND when pet has an attacking behavior to others such as biting, scratching… The deposit is to ensure a remedial for the victim caused by the attack, such as examination vaccination, and medical care…;
10. Pet is considered abandoned object/homeless pet if it is not registered, with no companion walking and with no control such as no leashing…;
11. In the case pet causes danger or harm to other resident, it shall not be accepted at HARV Apartment.
12. The violations of this regulation will be handled in accordance to The Management Rules and Apartments Used and as prescribed by law.
